RAG Member: Mike Abrahams

Together with friends and neighbours around Dalston Square in east London, Mike and artist Francesca Giuliano have just begun installing a visual and audio artwork called First Words in Dalston on 250m of hoardings in the square. The project, comprises written and recorded first sentences from publications likely to be found in the Dalston CLR James Library will run until mid 2022. They’ve just launched a crowdfunding campaign to support a series of outdoor events in the square and they’re hoping that the Mayor of London will back the project.
