Borders

RAG presented its annual 2023 exhibition at the iconic Polish Centre (POSK) in Hammersmith, London, using collage in its widest sense to respond to the theme of ‘Borders’. Thirty one artists, including four new members, made works with paint, paper, assemblage, film and sculpture.

“Collage is the noble conquest of the irrational, the coupling of two realities, irreconcilable in appearance, upon a plane which apparently does not suit them.”
